Another two hours this morning. Time to stop for the while, when the thread snarls, and your rotator cuff hurts….. I wrote a funny many years back that mentioned “embroidery elbow”–i’ve got “embroidery shoulder” now.

Looking good Arlee….I was at the physio yesterday for treatment on my shoulder and hip and was asked have you been stitching again? I can sympathize but as I have told Scott it is what I do. Happy stitching….
